This set of 7 offers a dramatic alternative to gold buttons.  It's hard to capture the translucent depths of color in a photo, but in person these buttons sparkle.  They're machine or hand washable and line dryable, but they shouldn't be drycleaned.  Each measures about 3/4" square.
